Only if its a certified mulitsport helmet, like a Kong Scarab or a Salewa Helium (i think), otherwise you need a separate one. We have 30 sets in the OEC in Kilfinane and can hire one from them for the day if you book.

You do need to buy a ATC or a figure 8 descending device, and also a screw gate carabiner. We will have some of these available with the harnesses, as long as we know that you require them in advance.
