Following the success of the Beast of Ballyhoura in 2007, 2008 and 2009 we are proud to announce that the Beast is back for 2010. An exciting new route awaits offering lots of challanges along some of Irelands highest mountain ranges, most beautiful rivers and taking in some of Irelands finest historical and heritage sites. Are you ready to meet the Beast?
The Ballyhoura Blitz is also back for 2010 offering the challenge of mountain running and mountain biking across a marked course through the Ballyhoura Forest. The Blitz offers a good introduction to the sport of adventure racing. The Blitz course has been designed by the team at Trailriders – www.trailriders.ie
